5 Days for Shipping Damage Claims
If your product arrives with shipping damage, all shipping damage claims must be made within 5 business days of receiving your shipment. You must take photos of the packaging and the damaged product and send to your sales representative or dealer who will work with us on filing a freight claim. We recommend that you thoroughly inspect the package and product as soon as it arrives. You must not install the product before taking photos of the damage.
