Cordova Home Terms and Conditions
All pricing and terms and conditions from Cordova, a division of Electric Mirror, LLC, apply to the quotes created by our team of Account Managers and Project Coordinators. Quotes are time-sensitive and upon expiration, the pricing and product availability is subject to change without notice.
The lead time for standard in-stock items is one week, and typically four to six weeks for standard out-of-stock items.
For shipping prices, consult your local dealer. Freight rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
All sales are final. No returns and no refunds for quantities larger than three. In a quantity of three or less, only stock products that have been kept in the original packaging, have not been installed, and are in good, undamaged and saleable condition may be returned to Cordova within 90 days of delivery for a credit based on the original invoice, less a 25% restocking fee and the original freight costs. An RMA number must be assigned by Cordova before an item is returned.
Storage charges will be assessed on all products that are ready to ship but are being held upon client’s request.
Shipping Damage Claim Policy
Customers must inspect all merchandise within 15 business days of receipt and take photos of any damage to products while they are still in their packaging. If purchased through a dealer, claims must be made through that dealer. Photos of products that have been installed cannot be accepted by Cordova as evidence of a shipping-damaged product.
